• Discord User Data: User ID, Username, and Avatar hash (publicly available data).
• Server Data: Guild ID, Guild Name, and Voice Channel ID.
• Listening History:Track titles, artists, duration, and timestamp of playback for the purpose of the "Listening Profiles" feature.
• Playlists: Saved tracks and custom playlists associated with your User ID.
• Settings: Guild-specific configurations (e.g., DJ roles, default themes).

The collected data is used exclusively to:

• Provide the core functionality of the bot (playing music, queue management).
• Power the "Listening Profiles" and statistics features.
• Maintain user-created playlists across different servers.
• Prevent abuse and ensure the stability of the service.

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personally identifiable information to outside parties. Your listening statistics are private by default and can only be viewed by others if you explicitly share your profile.

We retain your data for as long as you continue to use the bot. If you wish to have your data (listening history, playlists) removed, you can use the /manage-profile command or contact us directly.

MusikBot interacts with external audio services. While no personal user data is shared with them, these services may receive technical metadata (like the name of the track being requested) to make the stream work.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued use of MusikBot means you accept any changes.
